Shipping policy
Orders placed with Overnight shipping are produced and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Have a deadline? Please let me know in the comments of your order. Accommodations will be made for you!
Shipment is coming from New York, and the time in transit will depend on what type of shipping you choose, as well as your location.
Customers can elect to upgrade their shipping to UPS, expedited overnight or 2-Day service at an additional cost. UPS deliveries cannot be shipped to PO Box. Signature required upon delivery can be requested, to ensure the security of your purchase.
For any individual request custom made DaKaJa Jewelry, orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday) of receiving the order.
Ready to Ship items will be ship in advance separately from requested custom-made items in your order.

All USA orders are shipped via USPS.
What do I do if the tracking number shows it was delivered – and I did not receive it?
If the USPS tracking number shows it was delivered to your address, then their scan ‘proves’ that they delivered it to your address. You must contact USPS to find out where your package is.
Although this is a USPS issue, here are several suggestions that work most of the time.
1 – Is it possible someone else in your household forgot to tell you it arrived?
2 – Have you checked to see if a neighbor received your package by mistake?
3 – If you aren’t able to locate your package, you may open an investigation by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Your inquiry will then be routed to your local post office where they will research the delivery of your package.
If the scan shows it was delivered to your address, and you have not received it, then you must contact USPS for a resolution. We are not able to do that on your behalf. We are not able to provide refunds if the delivery scan shows ‘delivered’.
